In case you haven't noticed (and you would be hard-pressed to NOT notice if you visit here with any regularity) I have not been making my usual posts.
No, I have not given up blogging.
No, I have NOT run out of things to say (It makes me laugh to think of David reading that someone could think I might possibly not have something to say...)
No, I am not inordinately pressed for time. (Just the regular emergencies, urgent issues and life-with-nine-children stuff)
The reason I have been fairly absent here is that I'm trying to finish my portion of the "Amazing Grace For Homeschoolers".
I think you're going to like this book. I have laughed out loud while researching and writing. I have taken deep breaths and prayed deep into the night, thinking about the trials of other women. I have literally wanted to call someone on the phone and say, "Listen to this great story about God's grace!" (but don't worry, AG editors, I haven't done that at all!) I am emerging from this experience feeling uniquely bonded with other Catholic home schooling mothers. We all have the same primary goal: to teach our children to know, love and serve God in this world so we can be happy with Him in the next. Oh yeah, and learn to read and write well too.
So please bear with me, and do check back for updates. By June I should be posting regularly again. And if anyone wants to send me a guest-post, provided it is in the vein of the purpose of this blog (if you read my stuff you already know what that is) I'll copy and paste and share in my little blog world.
God bless, and thank you for being patient!!
Theresa
